Long Winter

The spring air was so fine

Rare and thin and pretty

As we drove along the river road

And watched as the car flipped

It was upside down

And the two guys got out

Looked around and asked

“Did you see that Robin?”

“First one of the spring!”

We did not see the Robin but

Helped turn the car

Back over

So they could continue their spring drive
